MBH has been chosen as the architectural design team responsible for spearheading the development of this project. The primary objective is to construct a total of 38 residential units within the site, offering a diverse range of accommodations to cater to various household sizes. These accommodations will encompass one, two, three, and four-bedroom configurations, each thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of prospective residents.

In greater detail, the one-bedroom accommodations will be realized as stylish flats housed within a single residential block. For two and three-bedroom residences, the plan involves the creation of semi-detached housing blocks, adding an appealing and communal aspect to the design. Notably, there will be a single three-bedroom block strategically positioned in the southwest zone of the site, offering an interesting layout variation.

As for four-bedroom accommodations, these will be realized in the form of detached houses. This approach provides ample space, privacy, and a sense of individuality for larger households, enhancing the overall liveability and diversity of the community.

Major challenges pertaining to the site revolve around the imperative of safeguarding the authenticity of the neighbouring regions and the current natural environment.
