Runnymede Homes entrusted MBH with a significant project located in Addlestone, Surrey, which entailed the construction of five new houses on their property. The primary objective of this initiative was to bring to life a collection of well-designed residences, consisting of three three-bedroom houses and two two-bedroom houses. Each of these homes was meticulously planned to feature integrated garages and to be complemented by thoughtfully designed surrounding landscapes.

Upon the successful acquisition of planning approval, MBH seamlessly transitioned into the next pivotal phase of the project. This phase involved the meticulous preparation of detailed designs and construction drawings. The complexity of this task was further amplified by the requirement to meet stringent time constraints, aligning with the progression from RIBA work stage 3 through to stage 6.

In executing this project, MBH sought to not only deliver high-quality, functional, and aesthetically pleasing homes but also to ensure that the entire development blended harmoniously with its natural surroundings.
