MBH assumed a multifaceted role in this project, taking on the responsibilities of Architectural Designers, Principal Designers, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors. The project encompassed a comprehensive scope, involving the demolition of existing structures and the subsequent redevelopment to create a set of contemporary semi-detached houses. A defining feature of these houses is the incorporation of gracefully curved glass facades at the rear, which lends a distinct, modern aesthetic to the design.

Additionally, a new terraced property was introduced as part of the development, housing four stylish apartments. This undertaking was a testament to MBH's capacity to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutions in the realm of architectural design, project management, and quantity surveying. Our expertise and attention to detail were instrumental in bringing this vision to life, ensuring that the final result met both functional and aesthetic requirements.
