The scope of this project involves the construction of a single-storey rear and side extension, interior modifications, alterations to the existing dormer, fenestration updates, the creation of a new enclosure for the existing swimming pool, and various external enhancements to the rear patio area.

In this endeavour, MBH has been entrusted with a significant role. We are tasked with the critical responsibility of preparing Building Regulations submissions. These submissions are pivotal to ensuring that the entire project complies with the most current regulatory standards and guidelines. In addition to this crucial task, we are also responsible for generating comprehensive and detailed construction drawings that will serve as the blueprint for the project's successful execution.

Our involvement underscores our commitment to delivering a project that not only fulfills the client's vision but also adheres to all the necessary legal and safety requirements.
