Although primarily a basement extension project to this private residence within a conservation area of Holland Park in London, this project included extension, remodelling and landscaping works on the ground floor with redecoration to the upper floors.
In spite of the usual challenges with any building project in London such as Party Walls, Conservation areas, planning policy and the premium on space to name a few, we believe that the Client was very pleased with the outcome.
