What is a BSR Submission Coordinator? 

The BSR Submission Coordinator acts on behalf of the client to manage and coordinate all aspects of the Gateway 2 building control submission. While not a statutory dutyholder, the role is fully compliant with the Building Regulations. This is possible because some functions of the Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act may be delegated, as long as overall design responsibility remains with the appointed PD.
